This workout is filled with fast-paced effective moves that work your entire body and will get your heart pumping in seconds. Depending on your pace it should take less than 15 minutes, so it will fit into the busiest of schedules.
The Busy Girl's Workout
Burpees work your arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and abs.
15 Prisoner Squats
Works your hamstrings, glutes, quads.
10 Decline Pushups
Decline Pushups work your chest, triceps, shoulders, and abs.
30 Tuck Jumps
Tuck Jumps work your quads, hamstrings, glutes.
40 Russian Twists (20 on each side)
Russian Twists work your obliques and lower abs.
To increase intensity, repeat this 3 times.
